Pattern + Cupcakes = What Could Be Better!?

Morning!

I'm back today as promised with a couple more Patterned Occasions creations. They're two slightly different layouts but using the same "ingredients".

Stamp Set: Patterned Occasions
Ink: Raspberry Ripple, Summer Starfruit, Pool Party, Lucky Limeade, Early Espresso
Cardstock: Whisper White, Crumb Cake, Lucky Limeade
Punch: 1 3/4" Circle
Big Shot: Chevron TIEF
Baker's Twine: Pool Party

I had such fun making these. I love all the different patterns and adore the fact that I could really bring out the chevron pattern from the cupcake case into the background with the embossing folder!

The only real difference between these cards is the first has a little Limeade cardstock in it while the other uses pool party! Both are fun and cost effective ways of finishing off a card nicely though!

Have fun creating something today!

It's All About The Pattern!

Hi there!

I've got a really quick card for you today using the Sale-A-Bration set, Patterned Occasions - totally loving this set!

Stamp Set: Patterned Occasions, Alehambra (wheel)
Ink: Rich Razzleberry, Lucky Limeade, Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso
Cardstock: Whisper White, Rich Razzleberry, Lucky Limeade
Punch: Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border, Corner Rounder
Big Shot: Labels Framelits
Extras: Occasions Pierce Pack

Totally love the pattern from the Alehambra wheel - I think it works well with the pattern on the elephant! I also cracked out my sponges again (haven't used them much recently) to give a little colour to the edge of the labels framelit. I also added the paper piercing  inside the framelit for another little added detail.

This would be a fun card that would work with any of the stamps in the Patterned Occasions set. Isn't it great when you find a layout that works again and again!?! Less thinking is sometimes the way forward!

I've got a couple more cards with the Patterned Occasions for you tomorrow, so please do come back to see them!

Happy Stampin',

Rainbow Patterns

Hello there!

How are you this morning? I hope you're well, there's so much illness going around this winter - seems like everyone is really suffering. I'm very thankful that so far I've avoided catching any bugs. For those that are unwell its always nice to receive a get well card, isn't it. The Sale-A-Bration set Patterned Occasions has a stamp just perfect for such an occasion.

Stamp Set: Patterned Occasions

I just love the rainbow bandaids!! They're just so cheerful! I hope you enjoyed this sweet happy number!

Have a great day!
